Online Poker Domain Case Not Dismissed

Defense efforts to have the case dismissed by Judge Thomas Wingate of the Franklin County Circuit Court did not go forward, as the Judge cited November 17 as the date the case will go to trial. Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear is attempting to seize control over 141 online gambling sites, including many well known poker rooms. According to reports, Beshear has received some 12k letters of protest, but this does not seemed to have swayed the Governor from his course… |
